Need help with a lower number of positions? The Silver Package is perfect for you. You will receive the following: 

  • 3 total jobs within a 6-month period. This plan provides flexibility to your business needs – Need 3 positions filled at the onset of engagement – no problem. Need to space out your hiring needs over six months – no problem. 
  • You will receive up to 4 qualified candidates for your team to consider. A qualified candidate is defined as a hiring manager is ready to schedule interviews with the presented candidates. 
    • Your team is involved in the process – Managers review presented candidates and select those to move forward based on position qualifications.
  • We will create an individualized sourcing strategy to attract top talent for your roles
  • Our experienced phone interview team to support initial screening to ensure top talent is presented
    • Custom built interview guides executed based on positions specifications
  • We provide an enhanced candidate experience every step of the way from the time candidates apply to their submission to the hiring team – we take representing your brand seriously.
  • Our recruitment team will provide a weekly update on job status and pipeline activity – You’ll feel connected to the process every step of the way
  • At the onset of the partnership one of our recruitment experts will hold a position discovery session with your hiring team
  1. After you have purchased a package, you will receive a confirmation email providing next steps. Please be prepared to provide the following information where applicable: 
    • Job descriptions 
    • Sell sheets 
    • Benefit details 
    • Compensation structure 
  2. Within the confirmation email; you will be provided with a link to schedule your position discovery call with our recruitment team. During this call, we will discuss: 
    • Your hiring needs 
    • Our partnership 
    • Job details 
  3. Once the discovery call is completed, we will begin candidate intake and screening. Your assigned recruitment expert will provide weekly updates on the progression of your position.

The purpose of this relationship is to provide the Client with strategic and tactical outsourced recruitment services. This includes exclusive responsibility for Source-to-Slate of candidates assigned to NXTThing RPO, LCC by the Client. 

Services will be supported by NXTThing within 7 business days following purchase of package. Intake meeting between NXT recruiter and Hiring Manager is required to begin recruitment processes including screening and sourcing.  

NXT recruiter will present a maximum of 4 qualified candidates per open job. Once 4 qualified applicants are approved by client, recruitment activity will cease and client will execute following steps.  

Full payment is due when the package is purchased by the Client and is not refundable. If a job is cancelled or put on hold after NXTThing RPO, LCC has worked the opening for 30 days, it is considered a used package job.
