Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are entered into by NXTThing RPO, LCC (“Service Provider”) and Client.

Service Provider will provide:

• Source-to-Slate recruitment solution for identified active jobs assigned exclusively to NXTThing RPO, LCC by the Client. The number of active jobs is determined by package type.

The period of performance for these initiatives is outlined below.

I. Objectives

The purpose of this relationship is to provide the Client with strategic and tactical outsourced recruitment services. This includes exclusive* responsibility for Source-to-Slate of candidates assigned to NXTThing RPO, LCC by the Client.

*Exclusive means NXTThing RPO, LCC is the sole owner of recruiting on requisitions. Outside agencies or client in-house recruiters cannot be working the same requisitions as NXTThing RPO, LCC.

II. Description of Service

The Description of Service for the Source-to-Slate recruitment of candidates is as follows:

• Services will be supported by NXTThing within 7 business days following purchase of package.
• Intake meeting between NXT recruiter and Hiring Manager is required to begin recruitment processes.
• Job is assigned to NXTThing to conduct the recruiting, sourcing, and screening of candidates.
• NXT recruiter conducts a phone interview with selected candidates prior to presenting to the client
  • A candidate is presented to the client if the candidate is interested and meets the minimum qualifications of the job.
• NXT recruiter presents a maximum of 4 qualified candidates per open job
• Once 4 qualified applicants are approved by client, recruitment activity will cease and client will execute following steps.

III. Payment Terms

Full payment is due when the package is purchased by the Client and is not refundable.

If a job is cancelled or put on hold after NXTThing RPO, LCC has worked the opening for 30 days, it is considered a used package job.
